Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: Filtered water (charcoal canister filter)
Grain: 5 lb. Belgian Pilsner
15 lb. German Munich
6 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
3 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
152F, 60 minutes. Batch sparge - used 1st and 2nd runnings for two different dunkels.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 11.5 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Spalt (5% AA, 60 min.)
