Water: Tap water for boil. Bottled poland springs to ferment.
Grain: .25 lb. Wheat malt
1.25 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: Grains: 1 1/4 lbs. american crystal 20L; 1/4 lb. I can't remember what the other grain was, belgian/cara/wheat something.

Grains in at 130, brought to 150 for 30 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 3 gallons
1.00 lb. Light dry malt extract
6.00 lb. Wheat extract
1 Tbsp irish moss.
Hops: 1.08 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
0.27 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
0.27 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
0.27 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: 1 packet (rehydrated 2 cups water and 1/4 cup light DME)US-05 dry ale yeast pitched at 70 deg.
Log: Rack to carboy with 6 lbs. frozen whole defrosted strawberries.
