250g Smoked Malt
Steep: 40 min at 67°C
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 24 liters
3.1kg Light malt extract
100g Brown sugar
Brown sugar goes in at 15 min.
1/2 tsp Irish Moss at 15 min.
Hops: 20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: dry yeast: S-33
Carbonation: 180 gr grape sugar
