1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
used 3 lb wheat dmx and counted the rasberry puree as 2 lbs of dmx this is where i came up with the 5 lb total of dmx
NOTE DO NOT BOIL THE FRUIT PUREE AT ALL
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: wpl 001
