Daft Punk are finally playing in Sydney, Australia after many, many years of rumours. What better way to celebrate prior to the event than with a good saison and some french electronic music in the Sydney sun.

Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Grain: 200g Wheat malt
50g British crystal 50-60L
10g American chocolate
Steep: 65°c F 60 min
75°c F 10 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.085 15 liters
4kg Light malt extract
Pinch of Crushed Coriander Seeds
A few flakes of dried orange peel
A few whole black peppercorns
... all for the last 15 minutes of the boil.
Hops: 40g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
40g Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
10g Hallertauer (aroma)
10g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: WLP566 Saison II
