Invisible Pink Unicorn Scottish Ale #2

This is a very slight tweaking of a recipe I found quite tasty.
Note the 6-gallon batch size.

8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
2 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single infusion, 155° F for 60 minutes. Mash-out 168° F for
5 minutes.
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.045 7 gallons
1 tsp rehydrated Irish Moss flakes added last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 20 min.)

Yeast: Blend of Wyeast 1728 (Scottish) and YCKC A34 (Edinburgh).
Log: Ferment at 60-65° F.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar priming for soft carbonation.
Tasting: Nice maltiness with a touch of hops to make it interesting.
Took a first place in category as a Heavy at a modest-sized
competition, and a 2nd place at another. In spite of being
rather heavy for a Heavy, judges thought it a bit thin.
(Notes refer to the first recipe, which was very similar.)
