Single infusion (recirculated) at 153°F for 90 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.052 6.5 gallons
Irish moss added 15 min before knockout.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Pitched 250 ml Wyeast 1272 starter.
Log: Dry-hopped (yes, dry-hopped) with 1 oz Cascade plugs in secondary.
