First time Porter

I have brewed and enjoyed many dark beers in the past. This is my first porter. This is alos the first time that I kegged and forced carbonated my Beer. The Porter came out a little too sweet and still at this date trying to obtain the correct level of carbonation.

Type: Partial mash Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
134 HCU (~43 SRM)
Bitterness: 6 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.022
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: Well water with a water conditioner/filtration.
Grain: 8 oz. Belgian chocolate
12 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
steeped for 60 min. at 150 degrees. Sparged with 1.5 gals at 168 degrees. Boiled for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.077 4 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: California Ale (white Labs (WLP051)
Log: fermentation took way too long. I started with a swamp method, the outside tempature dropped and kept the wort too cold. I brought the beer in at room temp. of 68-70 degrees. The whole primary fermentation time was about 3-4 weeks with one racking at about two weeks.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 20.3 psi @ 55°F
Tasting: Bold dark roasted malt body, sweet finish with a good balance of hops.
