Mash: 75% efficiency
Single step infusion mash @ 153 degrees.
Sparge with 9 gallons water for 60 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.080 13 gallons

4 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (9.1% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Amarillo (9.2% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Yakima Goldings (7.3% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Yakima Goldings (7.3% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WhiteLabs Burton Ale
