Tasted good after 80 miles on the bike.
Still tasted good watching TV the next day.

Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum in Mash water
1.5 TB in Sparge Water
Grain: 17 lb. 3 oz. British pale
2 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. American chocolate
4 oz. American black patent
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash in at 152°F in Gott cooler for 60 minutes.
Sparge out with 175° water for 1 hour.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.041 13 gallons
2 tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 4 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1098 British yeast
Carbonation: force carbonated in 2 Corny kegs ~1.5ppv
