This kit is purchased from Asheville Brewers Supply. The Grain bill is unmodified, the hop bill originally consists of 1oz. Zeus 14.5% for bittering, and 1 oz. Cascade flower for aroma.

| 2 tablespoons gypsum added before boil and 2 tablespoons irish moss added 15 minutes before the end of boil. Top off with cooled, pre boiled water in fermenter to make 5 gallons. | ||||||||
