| Log: | Brewed on 7/11. Fermented at 70°. Racked to secondary on 7/16. Bottled on 7/29. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Ready to drink in early August. Nice chocolate notes. Malty and full, with good roasted grain taste. Good head. Excellant stout. Will brew again. | |||||||
