My first attempt at a saison.

| Mash in with about 4 gallons at 165°. Should drop to about 155. After 60 minutes begin transfer to kettle and sparge with 4 gallons at 170° until kettle is a little over 7 gallons. | ||||||||

| Add 1tsp of Irish moss in last 15 minutes | ||||||||
